Preschool Applications

Preschool
Preschool applications are accepted in early November the year before your child goes to preschool. Preschool applications are due in mid-December. Students are accepted based on our admissions policy at that time. You will hear back regarding acceptance/wait pool in early January. We will continue to collect and review applications after December and place students as openings become available.

Application Requirements for Preschool
As part of the preschool application, you will need to submit a scan of your child's Birth Certificate. We strongly encourage applicants to submit their child's Early Childhood Screening after the age of three. If you have not completed the screening, please contact your local district screening site here: screening locations. NOTE: Children must be three years old to complete the screening.

Kindergarten Applications

Kindergarten applications are accepted in early November the year before your child goes to kindergarten. Kindergarten applications are due in mid-December. Students are accepted based on our admissions policy at that time. You will hear back regarding acceptance/wait pool in early January. Transfer Students Applications

Transfer applications are usually opened in January for the following school year. If you wish to transfer mid-year, please contact our enrollment coordinator. Openings during the school year are offered to children in the wait pool. 

Application Requirements for 1st-8th Grade Transfers
As part of the application to transfer, you will need to request full transcripts from your current school to be sent directly to our enrollment coordinator. Transcript request form.

Your application is not considered active and will not be reviewed until all steps are completed. You may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure enrollment. Immunization forms, additional registration information, and other forms are required after acceptance. After applications and records are reviewed by the head of school and principal, you will hear back regarding acceptance/wait pool.
