2017-2018 Tuition Rates

OLG families pay tuition at two different levels:

  • Parish Investment Rate:  $5,075
  • Standard Tuition Rate:  $6,725

Families who are active and contributing members of the parish community pay the Parish Investment Rate, in recognition of our parish’s mission to support education for K-8 students.   To qualify for the Parish Investment Rate tuition, OLG School families must:

  • Be registered members of OLG Parish
  • Attend liturgies
  • Volunteer time and talent in parish ministries or activities
  • Support the work of the parish through traceable, unrestricted financial contributions (e.g., envelope offerings or electronic fund transfers)

Families who do not qualify for the Parish Investment Rate pay the Standard Tuition Rate.  

Families who intend to enroll their child/children for part of the year must pay a full year’s tuition.  Contact the school office for complete details of our Tuition Policy.

1. Annual
  • Full payment on or before August 15
2. Semi-Annual
  • 1st installment due August 15
  • 2nd installment due January 15
3. Tri-Annual
  • 1st installment due August 15
  • 2nd installment due October 15
  • 3rd installment due January 1 
4. Monthly
  • Monthly payments must be made through an electronic funds transfer (ETF) automatic withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals begin August 15, continuing mid-month through March.
  • EFT enrollment forms are available in the school office.


Financial Aid

The mission of Our Lady of Grace Parish is to provide a Catholic school open to all parishioners. OLG has scholarship funds available, and strongly encourages scholarship applications based on financial need.

Our Lady of Grace Catholic School utilizes the service of PSAS (Private School Aid Service). PSAS provides a comprehensive service that handles all aspects of the financial aid application and verification process. 

Applications for financial aid are available to parents from the school Administration during the January registration process. Applications are confidential. Parents are responsible for the fee (approximately $19.00) and for returning the application to PSAS by the required deadline.

The application is reviewed by PSAS which then makes a recommendation regarding financial need to our school. The administration communicates the findings of PSAS to the parents by the end of April.  Applicants are able to appeal the findings of PSAS to an OLG review committee.

In the event of hardships during the school year, parents are able to submit an application to PSAS and OLG for immediate review.

Fundraising and Volunteering 

There is no fundraising or volunteering requirement in addition to tuition.  However, like most schools, OLG relies on fundraising as an important part of the annual budget.  Families are asked to participate in fundraisers such as Marathon, Scrip, Coupon Books, etc., to the extent their finances allow.   For more information on fundraisers and volunteer opportunities at OLG, click here.
